Analysis of the expression profiles of microRNAs using self-organized maps, for the diagnosis and prognosis of individuals with deficit of alpha-1 antitrypsin

This project was funded by VLC-BIOCLINIC-SUBPROGRAM B 2015. The objective of this project is the application of Self-Organizing-Maps (SOM) for the analysis of circulating miRNAs, that may serve as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis in patients with alpha deficit 1 antitrypsin (DAAT).
